Hrithik Roshan Loses Weight Big Time

One of Bollywood’s able-bodied actors, Hrithik Roshan lost his fitness as he piled up the kilos for Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s Guzaarish. He had to sport flab around his mid riff. Now that the shooting of the movie is complete, Hrithik Roshan is doing all it takes to get back to his former muscular self.

Hrithik’s next film, after Guzaarish also requires him to add weight. However, for that he has to build up the weight in terms of muscle mass. So Hrithik is firm about looking fitter and is on a punishing workout with the best possible balanced diet.

Hrithik Roshan is doing hardcore gyming at his new gym on the terrace of his Juhu Residence at Palazzio for 3 hours every day. Satyajit Chourasia is his fitness trainer. Till recently, he was doing workouts for one hour every day but he has pumped it to three hours since the last few days. Hrithik Roshan is keen on building muscle mass.

For his diet, the star-actor has gone off alcohol completely. Satyajit says, “Yes, no alcohol for Hrithik now. However, I don’t mind if he has an occasional drink. He eats chicken and fish every day. And, the carbohydrate intake post-evening ranges from low to nil.” Besides he is eating 12 eggs every day. “Four eggs in the morning, four in the afternoon and four in the evening/night. It’s not easy, but this man is a very committed actor,” says the trainer.

Satyajit says that the results will be visible in the next two months. The kind of dedicated person Hrithik Roshan is, he should reach his target sooner.
