“No One Killed Jessica” is now “System”

Vidya Balan’s forthcoming film ‘No One Killed Jessica’ has been renamed. A reliable source has confirmed this, “Yes the name of the movie is no more No One Killed Jessica. It is System.” The movie directed by Raj Kumar Gupta, who directed the successful ‘Aamir’ is making a movie that will deal with the struggle of Jessica Lal’s sister Sabrina Lal who had done everything in her might to see that her sister got justice. Jessica Lal, a model who was serving drinks at a high profile restaurant was shot dead point blank by Manu Sharma, when she refused to serve him an additional drink. Then followed the struggle where justice looked inevitable, till Jessica’ sister garnered public and media support to ensure that her sister finally got her due.

As of now, the Supreme Court has passed a judgment upholding Manu Sharma’ life-term. Coming back to the movie, Vidya Balan who is playing the role of Sabrina, is hoping to meet her and take inputs. Rani Mukherjee is also playing a crucial role in the film. The music of the film is by Amit Trivedi who had composed the award winning Dev D. He says, “I’ve already composed four tracks for the film. They will be experimental. However, I’m not aware of the change in the title.”
