Sajid Nadiadwala Signs Hrithik Roshan and Imtiaz Ali

Loading ...It is every producer’s dream to get the best director and the hottest actor in his movie. Well, one of the richest and bankable producers Sajia Nadiadwala has done just that. He has signed two of Bollywood’s best talents, star Hrithik Roshan and director Imtiaz Ail for his next film. The film is supposed to be shot from January 2011.
Sajid Nadiadwala is arguably, the biggest producer in Bollywood today. After Housefull, he is going to remake Kick, the Southern superhit which will star Salman Khan. After Kick,he is going to concentrate on this Hrithik Roshan movie.
Sajid Nadiadwala and Imtiaz Khan were deciding to make a movie since the past 4 years. After Jab We Met, he had signed him but they were waiting for Hrithik Roshan to be free, who was busy with Kites and Guzaarish. Imtiaaz meanwhile went on to make Love Aaj kal and Sajid Nadidawala got busy with Kambhakkt Ishq and Housefull. Now, Hrithik has given the go ahead and the film will be the most expensive Bollywood production. The budget will be over Rs 100 crore as it’s a genre that has never been attempted before. It is a drama-based film and has its emotional moments. It will start as soon as Imtiaz is done with his film Rockstar with Ranbir and in all likelihood, the film will go on the floors in January-February next year.
Hrithik Roshan has also confirmed the development and wishes to do the film. Sajid Nadiadwala said,
“It is true that I am making the film with Imtiaz Ali but I can’t comment on the casting as of now.”
