Guzaarish to Release on November 17

Guzaarish, one of the most awaited films of 2010( the other two Kites and My Name is Khan) have already been released, will be releasing on November 17. Though, most producers would like to release their movie on Diwali to garner maximum revenue, Sanjay Leela Bhansali and UTV films are taking a risk and releasing the movie two weeks later. May be they do want to clash it with the release of Golmaal 3 since director Rohit Shetty has a record of getting it right every time on Diwali.

Please note that Guzaarish’s release day is not a Friday but a Wednesday. Usually movies release everywhere in the world on a Friday but since there is a long holiday in the West, the Indian release is being timed smartly.
