Shimak Davar become Director

One of India’s best known choreographers and National Award winner for the movie Dil Toh Pagal Hai, Shiamak Davar is assuming the mantle of a director. He will be directing a movie called, ‘Slumdog Millionaire Goes Dancing.’

Percept Pictures will be producing the film; the film is said to be about a bunch of slum kids who are trained to participate in a dance contest. Shiamak Davar had this idea in his mind since years and he thinks it is the right to bring the idea to fruition.

Percept has said that Shiamak will personally choose the kids after auditions. Also former students like Shahid Kapoor and Ruslaan Mumtaz will have guest roles in the film
