Kareena Kapoor is definitely getting image conscious, which is why she has walked out of Madhur Bhandakar’s film. As a part of the script, she has been asked to make love onscreen to five men in the movie, in different sequences which didn’t go well with the actress.
Since the time she entered in a relationship with Saif Ali Khan, she has discreetly stayed away from too many intimate scenes in movies with other actors. A source says, “Kareena might have done an intimate sequence recently in Kurbaan, but that was only because it was with Saif. Otherwise she is not keen on getting up close and personal with other co-stars.”
Kareena’s role in the Madhur Bhandarkar film is that of a head-strong lady who enters into several physical relationships with men like what did Smita Patil did in the movie directed by Shyam Benegal. While Shyam Benegal’s character was based on an actress from the 40, Kareena Kapoor’s role is modeled on Marilyn Monroe. Kareena has not walked out the film because the movie is still in the scripting stage. She says, “We were always supposed to start next year. Madhur is still working on the script. We start shooting the film when the script is ready in the next three months.” As of now, Madhur is concentrating on his film ‘Dil Toh Bacha Hai Jee’
