Shamita Shetty Quits Bollywood

Loading ...Shamita Shetty may not have had much of a fanbase as her famous sister, but she never looked interested in the field. Shilpa reveals, “Shamita is now entering another phase in her life and career. She is now heading to London for a six-month course in interior designing. We all felt this was the right move for her to make.”
Lilke Shamita, Shilpa too has taken a sabbatical from Bollywood but in her case, it is due to business commitments, endorsements and home-making after which she will be back in the world of films. However for Shamita, it seems a voluntary decision and the girl has no regrets. Shilpa says, “At the moment, I’m playing the most satisfying role of my life – that of an housewife. Films were never the be-all-end-all of my life. Right now I find the idea of looking after my home far more exciting and challenging than rushing off to studios early morning.”
