The current Numero Uno of Bollywood, Salman Khan is being seriously considered to play Mogambo in the Mr.India sequel that will hit the theaters in 2014. One does not need to say much about the iconic success of Mr.India in 1987 and the unmatched persona of Amrish Puri in the role of Mogambo that captivated both kids and adults.
Boney Kapoor who had produced the original with wife Sridevi and brother Anil Kapoor as the lead-pair, will repeat them for the sequel as well. The change will be with respect to the villain; Salman Khan has been approached by the producer to do the role that the late...

A source close to the family said,, “Salman’s stocks have sky rocketed after giving three blockbusters in a row – Ready, Dabangg and Wanted. He has been flooded with assignments but instead of working on multiple films at the same time, he is choosing to do only one film at a time. He is currently wrapping up Bodyguard and would soon be leaving abroad for the shoot of Ek Tha Tiger. This means that Dabangg 2 would have to wait.”
Not only Ek Tha Tiger, there are other movies that are awaiting his presence-Kick, Sher Khan and an untitled thriller with Rensil D’...

Salman Khan’s bodyguard Shera had risked his life for the actor and the latter felt that it is high time he paid him back his dues. Taking a backseat himself, Sallu asked his real life bodyguard Shera to unveil the first look of his film Bodyguard at a multiplex in Juhu last evening. Salman came up with this idea and discussed it with his brother-in-law Atul Agnihotri, who is also the producer of the film. We have been having gigantic hits alright in Bollywood as far as the likes of Salman Khan (Dabangg, Ready, Wanted) and Ajay Devgn (Singham) are concerned but they are merely remakes of South hits. Sunny Deol wants to do it differently, through for his movie Ghayal Returns. The original ‘raw’ action man still cherishes the ‘desi mukka’ and feels that real action is only when there is real, raw, action instead of special effects doing all the work of making men fly in the air after every slam.
Ashwini Chaudhdary who will be directing Ghayal Returns says, “Most of...

Contrary to speculations that Priyanka Chopra had replaced Aishwarya Rai in Heroine, the former has flatly denied it. There was a story in the media that Priyanka had warmed up to Madhur Bhandarkar (director of Heroine) and said that he should not shelve the film, consenting to do the main lead. Considering that she was relatively more inhibition-free and had no reservations about intimate scenes, smoking on-screen etc as she had done in Fashion, she had suggested that she would do the film instead. Aishwarya had reportedly also refused to smoke on-screen in the film apart from the fact that...

Madhur Bhandarkar had reportedly, relied on Aishwarya Rai to do complete justice to ‘Heroine’, his pet project. But when the news of pregnancy hit the headlines, the director has been hit hard and in all likelihood, it looks like Heroine will be shelved. The director had earlier talked to Kareena Kapoor to do the role of the protagonist but she had dilly-dallied him for a long time and finally had said no. Then this year he had got the most sought after actress Aishwarya Rai, who seemed perfect for ‘Heroine’. They had even promoted the first look of the film at Cannes...

Vishal Bharadwaj has proved that no matter how much contribution the female lead may have made to a film; he would not necessarily cast her for the sequel. Priyanka Chopra may be director Vishal Bharadwaj’s favorite actress but the maverick director does not think that there is scope for her to be a part of Kaminey 2. But then there are other sources that say that Priyanka’s exclusion from the film is not due to the director’s vision but due to the fact that all is not well between Priyanka Chopra and boyfriend Shahid Kapoor. It is believed that Shahid has refused to do any more films with her , the last one being Kunal Kohli’s untitled love story.
With two points of view emerging, one does not know which one is true but...

Murder 2 is not just about sex; it is also about gore and serial killing.
