Karan Johar’s My Name is Khan, has a strong possibility to be in the Academy Awards list of nominations. The film has made it to the reminder list of films that are eligible for Academy Awards along with other box office heavy weights like Inception, Black Swan and Iron Man 2.

MNIK , the SRK-Kajol starer with its background on international terrorism, is a moving tale of an Indian man suffering from Asperger’s Syndrome, being mistaken for a terrorist, due to his Islamic roots, in the US. The film made record business across the world, ending up as India’s biggest international hit. It ended up with Rs 99,00,00,000 from US, Canada, U.K. and Australian market.
