Kangna Ranaut, in news for making statements about being ‘friendly’ with Ajay Devgn, Sanjay Dutt and other bigwigs, is in for some shock. There are reports that Ajay Devgn and Sanjay Dutt who are tired of her blatant remarks about them in the media, have decided to not work with her in the future.
A source said, “Sanjay and Ajay have been hearing many stories of Kangna’s uncharitable remarks, things that she has been telling people in the industry. How long could they tolerate it?” Kangna had last been quoted saying, “Honestly why do I need to take anyone’s name to further my career? I’m in a very good place. I can truly understand if I were to drop Tom Cruise’s name to make an impact. Why would I need to take any other names?”, when asked about seeking attention with remarks on some of her male stars.
Kangna was in for surprise, when her name was ticked off the guest-list of Rascals first look. The event was organized on August 11 but the leading lady was not asked to be a part of it. It is believed that Sanjay Dutt and Ajay Devgn were happy to have her name off the list. The actress called David Dhawan to know what was happening, and he was not able to give her a convincing answer. The source replies to this move, “Yes, she is completely out from the promotion of Rascals. She will not be taken on the publicity drive to outstations either.”
Kangna had worked with Ajay Devgn in the successful ‘Once Upon a Time in Mumbai’ She was also an integral part of Sanjay Dutt-Manayata parties. Known to be a close friend to Dutt’s wife Maanayata, even that relationship seems to be heading downhill. Ajay, who was known to be close to her once upon a time hardly, spoke to her in the last schedule for Rascals. Sanjay Dutt’s manager Dharam Oberoi who also handled Kangna’s work, has also cut off ties with her.
Kangna’s friend defends the actress, saying, “Kangna has no idea why such stories are surfacing about her. Sanju and Ajay are extremely warm to her. And she is always happy to work with people who want to work with her. However, she feels its fine for people to have personal preferences otherwise.”
