Bipasha Basu Replaces Vidya Balan for Ghayal Returns

Vidya Balan who is getting ready for her biggest release ever, The Dirty Picture, has reportedly opted out of Sunny Deol’s ambitious project, Ghayal Returns citing date issues. But the reason according to a source is Vidya wants to be totally focused on every aspect of The Dirty Picture till it releases on December. The movie is based on the life of the Southern semi porn actress Silk Smitha.

Since the shooting for Ghayal Returns was supposed to shoot in this month, Vidya could not allot dates, which is why the director Ashwini Chowdhury and Sunny Deol, the producer looked for a replacement. They found their choice in Bipasha Basu, who agreed to do the film However, the latest buzz is that even the shooting of Ghayal Returns has been postponed to January 2011.
